Church, relaxing on Sunday

So this morning I got up and showered to try to get the stiffness out, I decided to skip Sunday school and give it a little more time before I got in the car. Payton and I went outside to feed the dogs and cats while my coffee was making. When it was time for Church I went to leave and saw Charlie laying in the food bowl cause he is just too lazy to stand up to eat, we took a picture of him then I left for Church and had a wonderful service but hurt so bad I could hardly sit still, I think I squirmed more than the children did.  After Church i went to town to get a little groceries and to pick up some of my meds.  I ran into a few friends and had a nice visit, then headed home for lunch and a nap.

This food bowl is a 55 gallon drum that has been cut in half

Well I got lunch but not the nap, I layed down on the couch and watched Barney with the kids for a while then Ray called so I went to see him in town for a bit then came back to get ready for night time disciple training and services.  Patience went with me tonight and had a good time, she has not gone in a while due to wanting to hang with her parents as on Sunday is when they normally are able to all be together and do stuff.
I have decided to go back on my humira shots to see if that will help with the pain.  I went off them last year due to having surgery and they make my immune system even weaker than the other meds I am on do.  Plus this summer with all my traveling I was not able to take then as they have to stay refrigerated and that would be difficult.  I am home for the school year and no surgeries on the horizon so I have no more excuses.
We are getting a little rain this evening, quite a bit of thunder and a little rain, hopfully it will go on all night.

  1. I love the pictures of Charlie (especially when he is doing funny things) so thanks! I am sorry to hear about the pain you are in. I hope that the humira shots will help and that the side effects will be minimal. I will be praying for you!
